Acne makes teenagers go frenzy and adults in a bout of confusion. Despite this there are easy alternatives for example tea tree oil. It is a popular natural product and has shown maximum recovery results. Tea tree oil is recommended in order to treat maximum skin diseases. It works like a natural antiseptic that helps in speeding the healing process. Before using the oil it has to be diluted. The diluted oil can be directly applied on the infected area. It is suggested that aromatherapy containing tea tree oil helps controlling acne. Other natural products like zinc and aloe Vera are also used.

Apart from this, diet is the most important factor that affects the skin. It is important to eat nutritious food in order to have a healthy looking skin. Consuming healthy food will certainly speed the healing processes. Vitamins like C and D help the skin in recovering. To avoid future inflammation it is necessary to continue eating healthy food and take the appropriate vitamins.

Drinking plenty of water is the most important thing to do because water helps regulate other fluids in the body. A simple face pack can be prepared at home. Take fresh tomato juice made of real tomatoes, honey and rose water. Mix well these ingredients and apply on your face. Leave it for twenty minutes and then gently wash.
It is advised to use an anti-bacterial soap. Among the natural remedies it is suggested that you wash your skin well. You could use an antibacterial soap or a natural ingredients face wash. Use clean towels and washcloths. Before going to sleep at night you could apply a mixture of cream, lemon juice and glycerin. Keep it for a short period and then wash with cold water.
